libwibble-dev software package provides Library of various useful C++ code, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libwibble-dev
libwibble-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libwibble-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libwibble-dev *
You will get with libwibble-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
